Sign-in and password

Accounts are created by your company’s administrator in the app (Settings → People and access). Your administrator, or we on request, can reset a forgotten password.

Deleting your account and data

Ask your company’s administrator, or email us, to delete your account. At the end of a contract we export and delete company data on request, as set out in the data processing agreement.
